A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing and transferring between
items of the existing appropriations from the state fund,
general revenue to the department of health and human
resources, division of health, central office, account no.
fund 0407, fiscal year 1996, organization 0506, and department
of health and human resources, consolidated, medical service
fund, account no. fund 0525, fiscal year 1996, organization
0506, as originally appropriated by chapter eight, acts of the
Legislature, regular session, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-five, known as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriations from the state
fund, general revenue to account no. fund 0407, fiscal year 1996,
organization 0506, be amended and reduced in the line items as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement, amend, reduce and transfer between existing items in
the aforesaid accounts for the designated spending unit. The item for unclassified (fund 0407) is reduced by fifty-five thousand
eight hundred four dollars. The item for institutional facilities
operations (fund 0525) is decreased by eighty-three thousand nine
hundred ninety-six dollars. The item for personal services (fund
0407) is increased by one hundred eight thousand dollars. The item
for employee benefits (fund 0407) is increased by thirty-one
thousand eight hundred dollars. The amounts as itemized for
expenditure in fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-six, shall be available for
expenditure immediately upon the effective date of this bill.
